Directors Photographers Writers Musicians Artists
We are six directors — writers, photographers, musicians and artists — women and men from different generations and creative cultures. Together, we form a boutique collective built for projects that demand instinct, innovation, and precision.
Each project is led by the director whose vision aligns best with the story — always under the stewardship of Pascal Dash and supported by the others. Put simply, we work as one director with six voices, speaking in unison.
This model lets us respond with agility, shape strong narratives, and bring a director’s perspective from pitch to final cut. In a landscape where AI is rewriting the rules, we never lose the vision — or the soul of the piece.
WE ARE NOT
We are not an agency or a production company. We’re a collective of diverse talents— autonomous and agile, built to serve existing creative workflows.
When required, our manager brings in trusted partners — film crew or post-production — we’ve worked with successfully for years.
→ Partnering with productions
PARTNERS IN CRIME gives production companies the flexibility to respond to a wide range of pitches and concepts — by securing the best director and a hand-picked team, tailor-made to serve your project.
When needed, we can suggest trusted partners from our network for post-production, sound design, or other creative components — including when shooting abroad.
→ Partnering with Agencies
We collaborate with agencies from the pitch phase — helping align creative ambition with production reality, and protecting the idea from the usual surprises when ideas meet execution.
Or as we like to say: we serve & protect.
Our involvement has helped agencies win competitive bids and secure new clients.
When the agency already holds the account, they bring us in early — as an external voice, fresh energy, and creative direction.
By integrating execution intent, budget constraints, and production dialogue from the outset, we help shape not just an idea — but a fully-realized vision. In both cases, this collaboration maximizes the synergy between creativity and execution — leading to more ambitious, more impactful results.
